HA THANH CIDG camp,
I CTZ, South Vietnam

Ha Thanh was opened on the 28 April 1965  by Cpt J.A Helms A-5/33 team,
later on Ha Thanh A-team was designated as A-104.

Ha Thanh is situated in the Son Ha District, Quang Ngai Province
in the Highlands of South Vietnam.

Like many more camps, Ha Thanh was converted to Vietnamese Border Ranger late August 1970.

If you compare the 1966 photos with the 1970 ones,
you will notice that Ha Than like all A-camp has harden itself, with some more concreted mortar pits and bunkers,
especially by the entrance road.
